Mexico - Financial Reports

This module provides financial and tax reports for the Mexican localization:

  • Balance Sheet (Balance General).
  • Profit and Loss (Estado de Resultados).
  • Trial Balance — annual and monthly (Balanza de Comprobación).
  • Aged Accounts Receivable (Cuentas por Cobrar Vencidas).
  • Aged Accounts Payable (Cuentas por Pagar).
  • Cash Flow (Flujo de Efectivo).
  • DIOT (Declaración Informativa de Operaciones con Terceros).

[!IMPORTANT] This is an alpha version, the data model and design can change at any time without warning. Only for development or testing purpose, do not use in production. More details on development status

Usage

Open Accounting > Reporting > MIS Reporting > MIS Reports and choose the report you need:

  • Balance General
  • Estado de resultados
  • Balanza de comprobación anual
  • Balanza de comprobación mensual
  • Cuenta por cobrar vencida
  • Cuenta por pagar
  • Flujo de efectivo

Preview, print, or export from the MIS report instance. Aged receivable/payable use aging period columns; set the pivot date as needed.

Additional Mexico PDF reports (including DIOT) are also available under Accounting > Reporting > Mexico.

Known issues / Roadmap

DIOT remains available via the Mexico PDF wizard; further refinements of aging buckets and cash-flow expressions may follow.
