Environment Management System

This module was written to allow you to manage your Environment Management System (EMS) within Odoo. It installs a management system linked to the Environment Manual template and depends on modules for audits, reviews, environmental aspects, and documentation.

Configuration

To configure this module, you need to:

• Add users to the Management System groups (Manager, Auditor, NC Approver)
• Import or customize your Environment Manual documentation
• Review the default management system record created at installation

Usage

To use this module, you need to:

• Go to Management Systems > Documentation > Manuals
• Create or update pages based on the Environment Manual template
• Schedule audits and management reviews for your environment system
• Manage environmental aspects and related actions through the linked modules
